Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Location: Merthyr Tydfil

Salary: £108 - £120 per day

TeacherActive is proud to partner with a wide network of Secondary Schools across Abertillery. We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors in Merthyr Tydfil to provide consistent, high-quality support to our schools.

Cover Supervisors play a crucial role within schools, whether on a day-to-day, long-term, or permanent basis. While the role does not include lesson planning or preparation, excellent communication and classroom management skills are essential.

Key Requirements:

CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification, or a minimum of six months relevant experience
Confidence in managing classes of students aged 11 to 16+
Ability to maintain positive behaviour and engagement within the classroom
Flexibility to work across various departments and with different age groups on a daily basis
