Main duties:
Responsible for the planning, organisation and execution of conferences and events.
The role:
- To handle incoming inquiries about conferences and correspond with exhibitors, speakers, contractors, and visitors
- Work within the event team to source conference content and speakers
- Handle logistics such as venue selection, scheduling, and attendee management
- To handle data entry, updates, and database management for specific conferences
- To participate in both local, and international events when necessary
The candidate:
- Fluent Italian (spoken and written) – Essential
- Ability to deliver results under pressure and to deadlines
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Accurate with great attention to detail
- IT literate
- Previous experience in events - Ideal
