Job Title: Trade Counter Manager

Salary: £28,000-£30,000

Overview

An exciting opportunity for a Trade Counter / Branch Manager to join a growing trade supplier business within the window and door industry. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day branch operations, provide excellent customer service, and oversee product sales, stock control, and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

* Advise customers on product selection, pricing, and ordering for windows, doors, and related items

* Manual handling, supporting with loading and unloading deliveries, preparing customers’ orders

* Handle customer enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email

* Manage cash handling and daily sales transactions

* Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the branch

* Knowledge of sage accounting software

Skills & Experience

* Computer literate with online quoting experience (knowledge of Sage advantageous)

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Full UK driving licence required

* Previous experience within the fenestration or home improvement industry is preferred but not essential, training can be provided to the right candidate

* Knowledge of Window Designer software beneficial
