Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor.
Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire.
Salary / Benefits £22k - £38k + Training + Benefits

We are recruiting in the South East for an industry leading Water Hygiene / Legionella company, who are now looking to take on a Legionella Risk Assessor. The successful candidate will have experience working on Commercial, Educational, Public Sector and Industrial sites. You will be undertaking Legionella Risk Assessments working in accordance with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines, alongside providing clients with detailed reports and legionella management plans, ensuring to implement any actions required. Our client can offer the successful candidate cross training into other environmental sectors, excellent holiday allowance, company pension scheme and company vehicle.

The successful candidate will have good access the M25 and surrounding areas: Luton, Hemel Hempstead, Aylesbury, St Albans, Hertford, Cheshunt, Watford, Stevenage, Milton Keynes, Bishop's Stortford, Hugh Wycombe, Slough, Reading, Bletchley, Brackley, Cheshunt, Harlow, Brentwood, Basildon, Saffron Walden, Southend-on-Sea.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Must hold an industry recognised qualification e.g., City and Guilds / WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessment.
" In depth knowledge of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Experience working as a Risk Assessor for an established Legionella company.
" Excellent communication and organisational skills.
" Will be IT literate.

The Role:
" Working across Commercial, Educational, Public Sector and Industrial site.
" Carrying out Legionella Risk Assessment on domestic hot and cold-water systems.
" Producing detailed reports for clients, outlining, and providing advice on RA findings.
" Providing clients with legionella management plans, ensuring actions are implemented.
" Working from and producing schematic drawings.
" Working in accordance with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Liaising with clients, providing support and advice.
