We’re hiring for an Joinery Installation Manager to lead high-end, bespoke joinery installations on various live sites across the UK for a Glossop based business.

What will you be doing as a Joinery Installation Manager?
* Leading live joinery installations on various sites nationwide
* Acting as the senior on-site representative for the business
* Installing bespoke joinery including doors, panelling, flooring, kitchens, and architectural features
* Surveying sites, setting out datums, and resolving issues in real time
* Managing installation teams through on-site presence, clarity, and example
* Coordinating with site managers, contractors, and other trades
* Communicating progress, risks, and solutions clearly to clients and internal teams
* Producing accurate site reports, photographs, and installation records
What will you need?
* Hands-on joinery installation experience on live sites
* Strong technical knowledge of bespoke joinery installation
* Confidence surveying, setting out, and problem-solving on site
* Comfortable travelling and working away from home regularly
* Comfortable using digital tools for reporting and site records
