A deeply inclusive, well-respected secondary school in High Wycombe is looking to appoint a qualified SENCO to lead its SEND provision starting this September. This is a senior role within the school and offers significant opportunity to influence whole-school strategy for inclusion, academic support, and personal development.
The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff, external agencies, and the leadership team to ensure outstanding provision for students with SEND.
