Role Overview

The Assistant Farm Manager will play an integral role in overseeing farm operations, supporting the Farm Manager in ensuring efficiency and productivity. You will engage in daily management tasks, contribute to strategic planning, and lead specialized teams where necessary, all while upholding the highest standards of safety and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience as a Farm Assistant Manager or similar role
