Position: HR Business Partner

Location: Abingdon

Working Pattern: Full-time or Part-time (PT - minimum one day) and this role can be alongside another occupation

Contract Type: Contract - 1 month, with possibility for extension - flexible hours

Overview

We require an individual to run a project to change working hours from standard days to shift work for around 40 employees. The role will involve managing the full consultation process, providing relevant templates, and overseeing the process end to end.

Scope of Work

Manage the change of working hours from standard days to shift work

Run the full consultation process for approximately 40 employees

Lead and facilitate consultation meetings

Meet with technical teams who are predominantly site-based

Manage the full process through to completion

The consultation process is expected to take approximately one month (or just over).

Working Arrangements

Hybrid and flexible working - on-site presence required to support consultation meetings and engagement with technical teams
