Position: Production Operative – Metal Shop (Paint Line)

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:15
Friday: 07:30 – 13:30
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join our Metal Shop team, working primarily on the paint line. This is a temp-to-perm position offering long-term potential for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform wet spray and powder coating on metal components
Operate in a fast-paced production environment
Maintain spray booths and equipment with regular cleaning and basic upkeep
Follow health and safety procedures at all times
Work closely with team members to meet production targets and quality standards
Requirements:

Experience in both wet spray and powder coating
Familiarity with a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment
Experience with electrostatic wet spraying is advantageous but not essential
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good time management and ability to work independently and as part of a team
