In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for hands-on wiring of equipment and control panels, assembling wiring harnesses and looms from electrical schematics, and ensuring that wiring meets the highest quality standards. You’ll report on design or material non-conformances and undertake quality checks, while also interpreting electrical schematics to effectively plan and document wiring layouts. A strong attention to detail is essential as you will be testing completed wiring sub-assemblies for functionality and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Hours of Work: 4 day week - Working hours will be 07:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday

Wires Person Requirements:

Strong electronics or electrical background. 
Familiarity with a wide range of connector and cable types.
Prior experience building wiring harnesses and assembling electronic equipment. 
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in interpreting technical documents and wiring diagrams.
Appreciation of wiring standards such as IPC/WHMA-A-620 Wires Person Benefits: 

£28-£30k per annum
