We are recruiting on behalf of a leading national provider of fire and security solutions, trusted by thousands of businesses across the country. With many years of industry experience, this team prides itself on delivering exceptional service and high-quality, reliable systems.
Due to busyness they are looking to expand their Customer Service team with a Service Coordinator tasked with arranging planned preventative maintenance jobs and ensuring they are booked in and have been attended within the customers agreed SLA’s.
Duties include:
Contact customers who require their services to be booked in and schedule these in with our technician workforce.
To answer incoming calls from our customers and technicians, with the aim to deal with all queries whilst on the phone to the customer, providing first time fix.
To action all emails from the central mailboxes from our customers and technicians, ensuring all emergency call outs are raised within SLA’s.
To process orders referred by our technicians in a manner that retains the customer and allows us to process that service order in line with our SLA.
To help customers that may query invoices. The candidate:

Excellent Communication (written and verbal)
Organisation / Methodical
Good IT Skills
Good understanding of Microsoft based products and other software
