TradeTech Recruitment are recruiting a Supervisor for toilet refurbishment and maintenance works across London Underground stations in North London.

Location: North London Underground Stations
Start: Early February
Duration: 8–10 weeks
Hours: Day shifts – minimum 9 hours (up to 10 available)
Rate: £27-£28 per hour (CIS)
This role involves supervising multiple trades on live LU sites and ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to quality standards.
Role Overview
Day-to-day supervision of toilet refurbishment works
Managing and coordinating electricians, plumbers/HVAC, carpenters, tilers and operatives
Monitoring progress, quality and H&S compliance
Liaising with project management and LU stakeholders
Working within live Underground station environments Requirements
Proven experience supervising refurbishment or maintenance projects
Experience working in live, public-facing environments
SMSTS or SSSTS
Valid CSCS Card
LU ICI (London Underground Industry Common Induction) – essential Desirable
Previous London Underground or rail experience
