Monitor and measure the impact of change initiatives to ensure successful outcomes.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build organisational capability.

A successful Change Partner should have:

Demonstrable experience in Human Resources and organisational change management.
Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in delivering training and facilitating workshops.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyse data and provide insights to inform decision-making.
