Field Service Engineer – Machine Tools

£35,000 – £45,000 basic | OTE £55,000 – £70,000

What’s on offer:

Basic salary £35K – £45K (40-hour week)
OTE £55K – £70K (overtime at 1.5x / 2x Sundays)
Annual performance bonus (£3K – £4K)

What we’re looking for:

Strong understanding of CNC Machine Tools
Service Engineer background preferred – but we’ll consider experienced Maintenance Engineers
Hands-on experience with 3–5 axis machines (essential)
In-depth knowledge of Siemens 840D (other controls a bonus)
Multi-skilled across both mechanical & electrical fault finding
Flexible, customer-focused, and ready to embrace the service engineer lifestyle

Focus on breakdowns and installations, with occasional commissioning work
