Title - Bid & Mobilisation manager

Salary - 55-60k

Role - To assist the bid & mobilisation director with site survey's, compiling tenders & bid management.

To assist on the mobilisation of new sites, completing tasks such as asset verification, condition & lifecycle reports and making sure all new sites are mobilised to a high standard.

Requirements - Good all round knowledge of M&E systems and general building services, good understanding of PPM and current legislation’s, able to use excel and word to a good level, able to work efficiently alone but also comfortable leading client and team meetings.

Experience - Time served apprentice or long experience in engineering equating to good all round technical knowledge, experience in estimating and compiling tender bids.
