Our client, a leading plastics manufacturing company based in Fareham, is seeking a Forklift Operative, Counterbalance to join their busy production team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, well-established company with a strong reputation in the plastics industry.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a counterbalance forklift within the production environment.
Load, unload, and move materials as required to support manufacturing processes.
Maintain accurate records of stock movements.
Always ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Shifts:

Monday to Thursday, mixed day and night shifts (06:00 – 18:00 rotation).

Pay:

£13.00 – £13.50 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements:

Valid counterbalance forklift licence.
Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
Flexible and reliable with the ability to work mixed shifts.
