Responsibilities for an Mill Operative

Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Maintain feed safety and quality standards throughout the production process
Operate plant equipment via our computerized mill control system
Accurately weigh micro ingredients, including veterinary medications
Optimize pelleting machines for maximum product quality and operational efficiency
Perform routine cleaning and carry out basic maintenance of plant equipment

Requirements for Mill Operative

Can do attitude
Good relationship building skills
Self motivated
UK Licence
