We are working with a friendly and supportive secondary school in the Southend area who are looking for an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to support learning across KS3 and KS4.

What does the role involve?

Supervising classes during teacher absence

Delivering pre-set work and keeping students engaged

Supporting positive behaviour and maintaining a calm learning environment

Gaining valuable classroom experience (perfect for aspiring teachers!)

What we're looking for:

Confident communicators with a positive, can-do attitude

Experience working with young people (schools, tutoring, youth work, coaching etc. - all welcome!)

Passion for education and supporting students to succeed
