Business Development Manager – Luxury Interiors / High-End Design

You will play a key role in driving new business opportunities, developing and executing international sales strategies, and managing high-value client relationships across the luxury design, architecture, and interiors sector. The role combines commercial leadership with a strong creative sensibility, allowing you to work closely with world-renowned designers, architects and high-net-worth clients.
The role:
* Develop and deliver creative sales strategies that fuel global growth.
* Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities in the luxury interiors and high-end design sector.
* Lead high-level client presentations, negotiations, and relationship-building activities.
* Build long-term, high-value partnerships with clients and design collaborators.
* Represent the brand at international trade shows, exhibitions, and key industry events.
* Provide accurate sales forecasting, performance analysis, and regular updates to the senior leadership team.
* Mentor and support junior sales team members to achieve individual and team targets.
* Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting the company’s heritage, craftsmanship, and design values at every opportunity.
What we are looking for:
* Proven success in luxury interiors, furnishings, or high-end lifestyle markets (minimum 5 years experience).
* Strong B2B sales background with a track record of securing high-value, long-term partnerships.
* Excellent networking and relationship-building skills within the luxury design world.
* Ability to analyse sales performance, market trends, and financial data to inform commercial strategy.
* Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and stock management systems.
* Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
* Strong commercial acumen combined with a creative eye and understanding of design-led industries.
* Comfortable with international travel when required.
* Degree-level qualification preferred (Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field).
