We’re looking for an accomplished Commercial Manager / Commercial Lead with a Quantity Surveying background to take full commercial ownership of a major multi‑phase residential development. This is a flagship scheme — thousands of homes, complex infrastructure, community assets and long‑term delivery — and we need someone who thrives in a high‑responsibility, high‑visibility environment.

What You’ll Bring

A strong background as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Lead

*

Experience working for a large housebuilder on big, complex residential developments

*

Proven ability to manage commercial strategy, cost control and procurement at scale

*

Leadership experience — confident managing, coaching and developing a commercial team

*

A degree in Surveying or similar

*

Working towards or holding RICS or CIOB membership
