About the Role 

We are a well-established, family-run haulage company with over 60 years of history and a strong reputation for reliability and service.

We are recruiting an experienced Class 1 Driver to join our expanding fleet. As specialists in abnormal and European loads, the role offers varied and interesting work across the UK and Europe. You’ll be part of a well-established business with opportunities to progress into our Heavy Haulage division operating up to 80-tonne tractor units.

What We Offer
? £165.00 per day (Monday–Friday)
? £35.00 bonus per day (Saturday & Sunday)
? £25.00 bonus for working Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays
? £20.00 per day abnormal load bonus (UK work only)
? £20.00 per day European bonus (in place of abnormal load bonus)
? £26.00 per night out allowance
? Mobile allowance (when away from base for more than 5 or 10 hours)
? Own vehicle allocation
? 25 + 8 days annual leave

Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence
CPC Qualification Card
Digital Tachograph Card
Minimum 2 years’ Class 1 driving experience
Previous experience in General Haulage is advantageous (training provided) Trailer Types Curtain / Sliding Roof Curtains / Flats / Extendables / Ramps / Low Loaders / Step Frames / 4-Axle & 5-Axle Step Frames
