TEXO Recruitment are looking for a Customer Care Co-Ordinator for one of our valued external clients on a permanent basis. You will be based in Aberdeenshire.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
* Strong communication and coordination skills

* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Team player with a proactive approach
* Ideally experience in the construction industry
Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with all SHE policies—safety is our top priority.
* Deliver excellent customer service in line with company standards, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
* Handle all customer contact (phone, email, social media) courteously, logging all queries accurately.
* Coordinate inspections and remedial works in line with warranty and service agreements.
* Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and internal departments to resolve defects efficiently and cost-effectively.
* Monitor and report on service performance; escalate issues as needed.
* Support administrative functions, including correspondence, reports, and meeting logs.
* Represent the voice of the customer in internal meetings and service improvement initiatives.
* Conduct satisfaction calls and manage complaints effectively.
