North London - Office Based with Site Travel Across London

On offer is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join a long-established company with an over 40-year history who can provide long-term job security and who will actively invest in your continued development.

This company specialise in providing building support services for private and public sector clients. With numerous new projects won and off the back of building a strong reputation within the industry, they are now looking for a Mechanical Estimator to join the team.

In this role the successful candidate will provide accurate estimates for mechanical projects. They will work alongside the contracts and bid teams to draw up assessments of costs of products and services with projects ranging in value from £50,000 to over £5 million in value. This will be an office-based role with site visits required when necessary.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Mechanical Estimator with experience using estimating software. They will hold a relevant qualification and hold a full driving license. They must be commutable to North London and be happy to travel to sites around London when required.
