About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and multi-skilled Handyman / Maintenance Operative to support our client’s site in London Colney one day per week. This is a long-term contract opportunity for someone who can manage general maintenance tasks and provide high-quality workmanship.

Duties include:

* Painting and decorating

* Basic joinery (e.g. fitting fire door closers, locks, and handles)

* Fitting flooring and carpet tiles

* Light plumbing (e.g. taps, toilet flushers)

* General site upkeep, including litter picking when required

Requirements:

* Proven experience in general maintenance or handyman roles

* Own tools preferred

* Able to work independently and manage workload effectively

* Must be self-employed and able to invoice

* Reliable and professional approach

What We Offer:

* Consistent work one day per week through to March 2026- the day can be agreed upon

* Competitive day rate of £160 (self-employed)

* Potential extension into FY27
