Alpha Recruitment are recruiting for General Site Operatives with CSCS Cards for temp - permanent positions with our prestigious client based in Retford, DN22. Our client is a world class, specialist in providing solutions for the storage and handling of liquids in the Agricultural, Water Industries and Industrial Sectors. The ideal candidate will have a background or experience in pre-cast concrete instillation.

This role is temporary to permanent where training is provided and offers fantastic career progression. Successful candidates can expect, over time, to be entered into full training programmes, e.g. IPAF, PASMA, Plant tickets etc.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

* CSCS card (essential)

* Driving Licence (essential)

* Experience on site and assisted other trades people and experience using power tools (essential)

Due to our client having multiple contracts across the UK, candidates must be able to work away on a regular basis - Accommodation and expenses will be paid for.

Shifts can be anything between 8 to 12 hours and overtime is paid accordingly after 40 hours per week. Weekend working maybe needed but notice is given at least 2 weeks in advance.

Rate of pay is DOE and is as follows:

Basic: £13-14.50 per hour

Overtime 1: £16.90-18.85(after 40 hours)

Overtime 2: £19.50-£21.75 (Sunday rate)

Accommodation paid for by the client and £15 per day for expenses - increasing to £30 per day expenses when direct.

Mileage: 20p per mile
