Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher with a strong interest in Special Educational Needs? A well-resourced and supportive SEN Primary School in Crawley is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join their team this September.

About the Role:

As an SEN Teacher, you will work with a small class of children with a range of needs, including autism, communication difficulties, and complex needs. You’ll plan and deliver tailored lessons that support both academic development and emotional wellbeing, supported by experienced Teaching Assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver creative, personalised lessons that align with individual EHCPs

* Create a safe, inclusive learning environment

* Liaise with support staff, therapists, and families

* Track pupil progress and contribute to annual reviews and reports

* Promote independence, confidence, and resilience in your pupils

What We’re Looking For:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)

* Experience or a strong interest in working with pupils with SEN

* Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

* A caring, patient, and flexible approach to teaching

* Commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding
