Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Payroll Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time. Your main duties will include:

Inputting payroll data such as starters, leavers, contract variations, absences, and overtime.
scrutinising and verifying payroll inputs to ensure the ESR payroll system runs smoothly.
Running the weekly payroll alongside other Senior Payroll Officers.
Interpreting previous service details for accurate payroll processing.
Maintaining compliance with statutory regulations and internal audit requirements.
Conducting complex manual calculations to ensure precise payroll records.
Applying Trust conditions of service for correct payment processing.
Addressing payroll queries from employees, managers, and HR with professionalism and efficiency.
