Receptionist

We are currently seeking a Receptionist to provide cover at our client front desk. We're looking for a friendly, professional, and welcoming individual who can create a positive first impression for visitors and staff

The Role

Providing great customer service to all customers

Answer phones.
Signing In & out visitors
Take complaints from customers.
Filling out paperwork and sending through to Technical
Sending out post through the franking machine & through TNT
Candidate

Experience working as receptionist.
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
A positive can-do attitude, and a polite and friendly manner is essential.
Excellent problem solving skills.
