User Researcher - URGENT Requirement

We're seeking an experienced User Researcher (SFIA Level 4) to join our public sector client on a hybrid basis (Worthing office once every two months).

Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Until 31st March 2026 (extension likely)

Rate: £495 inside IR35
Equipment: BYOD

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and conduct user research to inform service improvements.
Candidates must have proven experience working on Government projects
Lead usability testing and analyse findings to shape product direction.
Collaborate with designers, analysts, and developers to turn insights into actionable user stories.
Mentor junior researchers and share best practices across teams.Essential Skills:

Proven experience in usability testing, research strategy, and workshop facilitation.
Strong analytical skills and ability to advocate for user needs.
Expertise in user-cantered design, audience modelling, and agile environments
