We're looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to support day-to-day financial operations across a group of companies. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to be part of a business where your input matters and a strong team culture.

Responsibilities of the Finance Assistant:
Monitor finance inboxes and handle queries efficiently
Process and review invoices, expenses, and credit card transactions
Accurately enter and manage financial data using Sage 200
Perform daily bank and intercompany reconciliations
Assist with month-end and year-end reporting, including prepayments, accruals, and journals
Support budgeting, reporting and audits
Help maintain costing schedules and analyse changes
Set up new supplier/client accounts and ensure complete documentation
Supervise and support a small finance team
Contribute ideas for improving finance processes
Requirements of the Finance Assistant:
At least 2 years' experience in a finance role
AAT qualified or currently studying
Solid experience in both purchase and sales ledger
Sage 200 experience is essential
Confident with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Strong time management and communication skills
A proactive, supportive team player who can also work independentlyAre you Interested?
