We're looking for a proactive IT Support Technician to join our small, friendly team in an Internal / On-Site Support capacity. This is a hands-on role supporting multiple departments and locations.

About the Role:

Deliver 1st & 2nd Line IT support to users across the estate
Troubleshoot and support a variety of systems and devices
Assist with hardware and software projects, including installations and upgrades
Support the maintenance and monitoring of networks, equipment audits, and workstation builds
Help ensure compliance with GDPR, PCI DSS, and other regulatory standards
Full UK driving licence required (travel between local sites)
Requirements:

Windows Server
Active Directory
Switching
Telephony
EPOS systems
Important notes:

This is a mostly office-based role; therefore, applicants must be willing to commute on a daily basis.
Full driving license is required.
