About the Role
As a Chemistry Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
• Teaching Chemistry across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 available if desired.
• Creating engaging, practical, and inquiry-based lessons.
• Supporting students to achieve excellent outcomes through high-quality assessment and feedback.
• Collaborating with a team of dedicated science specialists.
• Contributing to the wider STEM curriculum and enrichment programme.
• Participating in professional development and reflective teaching practice.
Experience and Qualifications
• A degree in Chemistry or closely related discipline
• QTS or PGCE with specialism in Science
• Strong subject knowledge and commitment to high standards
• A desire to inspire curiosity and critical thinking in young people
Salary
Paid to scale – MPS/UPS, based on experience.
