On behalf of our client, KCS is currently looking for an experienced Facades Site Manager for a 2-week holiday cover assignment in Crawley (RH10) starting on 16/07.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for managing both external facades and internal trades on-site. Experience working for a main contractor is essential, as you'll be expected to oversee multiple subcontractors, coordinate schedules, and ensure work is carried out to a high standard of quality and safety.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager, specifically with facades and internal trades

*

Main contracting background is essential

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification preferred

*

Strong leadership and communication skills

*

Ability to manage trades independently and efficiently
