Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire

Salary: £55,000 per annum + up to 10% annual performance bonus

This 55-bed residential and dementia care home in Spalding is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead its dedicated team.

What You'll Be Doing as a Care Home Manager:

Provide strong, person-centred leadership to deliver exceptional care

Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding regulations

Motivate, develop, and manage a high-performing care team

Collaborate with your regional manager to meet business and compliance objectives

Drive occupancy through strategic planning and community engagement

Monitor and control budgets, staffing levels, and financial performance

Oversee care delivery, hospitality, and facilities standards to ensure a safe and welcoming home environment

Cultivate relationships with residents, families, professionals, and the wider community

What You'll Need as a Care Home Manager:

✔ At least 3 years' experience as a Registered Manager in a care home

✔ Strong track record of managing dementia care services

✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills

✔ In-depth understanding of care compliance, safeguarding, and inspection frameworks

✔ Commercially aware and financially astute

✔ A natural leader - resilient, confident, and passionate about quality care

✔ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent) preferred
