BDS are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work with a well-known Housing Association, based across their offices in Kings Cross and Hammersmith.
You will be a key support to the team in their day-to-day tasks
We are looking for someone with excellent admin skills and customer service experience.
Main Duties will include but are not limited too;
* Providing essential administrative and operational support to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
* Creating and amending customer rent accounts following the completion of sales or transactions
* Collating, preparing and drafting sales paperwork efficiently and accurately
* Assisting with low level sales progression tasks
Hours; Monday- Friday 9am- 5pm
Mons and Tues in our kings cross office, weds in Hammersmith office and Thurs and fri at home
This is a fully office based job in Hammersmith/Kingscross area.
Pay Rate; £17.07ph PAYE- £22.57ph UMB
This is a ongoing Temporary contract.
