A successful Finance Manager should have:

A relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field (Part-Qualified)
Prior experience within the accounting and finance sector.
Experience within Hotels is favourable
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in financial software and tools.
A solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
