We are currently recruiting for our client based in South Cambridge who are looking for a Transactional Finance Team Lead to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an office based role, and to be successful, you will have experience in a similar position.

Typical duties include:

* Supporting both AP and AR functions

* Leading a small team and providing guidance when required

* Ensuring the team’s duties are carried out accurately and efficiently

* Implementing any process improvements where necessary

* Performing any other ad-hoc tasks where required to support the wider team

You will have:

* Management experience

* Ability to balance your workload effectively to meet the needs of the team

* Experience in a similar role

* Excellent attention to detail
