MIS Finance Support

Leeds (Remote Working Available)
Salary: £25,500 – £28,000 FTE (depending on experience)
 
Are you a school finance assistant or administrator with experience using FMS, SIMS, Arbor Finance, or Bromcom? Are you looking for a new challenge where you can use your skills in a different way — with more flexibility, variety, and the chance to grow?
We’re looking for a Finance-focused MIS Support to join our friendly and supportive team at School ICT, one of the UK’s largest independent providers of MIS support. We already support over 1,500 schools nationwide, and due to continued growth, we’re expanding again.
Whether you're currently working in a school finance role or already in an MIS support position, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
 
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

Providing helpful, remote support to schools using FMS and other MIS finance systems
Logging, managing and resolving support queries through our helpdesk
Responding to support emails and helping users navigate their finance systems
Keeping up to date with changes to MIS platforms and sharing updates with schools
Contributing to our knowledge base with simple, useful guides and support materials
Advising schools on how to get the most out of their MIS/finance systems
 
We’re looking for someone who:

Has hands-on experience with FMS, Arbor Finance, SIMS or Bromcom in a school setting
Enjoys helping others and solving problems
Has a professional, friendly communication style
Can work independently, but enjoys being part of a team
Has a good eye for detail and loves getting things right
Is open to learning new systems and approaches — full training is provided!
 
Additional Information:

The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.

Home working with occasional visits to the Leeds office
We offer a competitive salary of £25,500 - £28,000 FTE, depending on experience.
