Role responsibilities
• Take on a varied and rewarding timetable, confidently managing classes and delivering engaging lessons across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
• Work flexibly as both a class leader and a teaching assistant, adapting to the needs of the school and supporting teachers and pupils alike
• Help create a stimulating, inclusive learning environment where every child is encouraged to thrive
• Collaborate with a team that values your input, supports your development, and celebrates your achievements

What we’re looking for
• HLTA status (or equivalent experience) and a passion for primary education
• Proven ability to manage a class and deliver lessons independently
• Flexibility, resilience, and a positive, can-do attitude
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to working collaboratively
