Customer Success & Sales Manager I £32k - £37k I Middleton
(Office-based)
Salary: £32,000 - £37,000
Hours: 9am–3pm (Part-Time) or 9am–5pm (Full-Time)
Contract: Temp to Perm
Role Overview:
We’re seeking a proactive and people-focused Customer Success & Sales Manager to lead service excellence and support account growth. You'll be the key contact for customer communications, returns, logistics, and supporting reseller sales—ensuring a seamless customer experience from order to delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
* To create, develop, implement and own a robust return and warranty procedure.
* To be responsible for all customer communications from point of order to delivery.
* To ensure that customers are completely satisfied with our service every single time.
* To build relationships with key partners and customers continually improving their experience.
* To arrange logistics where necessary to support all areas of the business.
ITAD/Ex lease:
* To support key partners through the ITAD process.
* Liaising with their clients and booking collections using the appropriate carrier.
* Checking collection paperwork and site scan logs, notifying the relevant contacts of any discrepancies.
* Confirming receipt of consignments into the building using the new ERP system.
* Monitoring of SLAs
Account Management/Reseller Sales:
* Ensure customer complaints are resolved quickly and work with the team to ensure issues are not repeated.
* To support the sales team and assist with quotes and product enquires.
* To identify new reseller prospects.
* To support the team with marketing and promotional material.
Accounts:
* To support the Finance Director.
* To invoice all customer orders on Quickbooks.
* Provide statements and cover Purchase Ledger.
Company Development:
* Work with ISO and create process documents.
* Work with the senior team to ensure the transition to our new site is seamless.
* Help progress our new system and create process documents.
* Take the company vision and create ideas to help us succeed.
* Help build the Re-com culture.
