Fairmead is recruiting on behalf of a valued client who is seeking a strong, self-motivated Site Supervisor/Ganger to join their team. With many years of work ahead on the site, they are looking to expand their workforce with high-quality, committed individuals.

The successful candidate will work closely with the manager, who oversees multiple projects across the estate. The role is heavily groundworks-focused, including infrastructure, substructure and new-build works. For this reason, applicants must have proven experience within this field.

Essential Requirements:

Valid SMSTS (or higher)

Proven experience in groundworks, infrastructure, and supervisory roles

Reliable and proactive work ethic

*

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Strong communication skills

*

Competent IT skills, including emailing, safety reporting and dealing with subcontractors
