Total Staff Services are currently recruiting a Conveyancing Assistant on behalf of one of our clients based in Birkenhead. Your role will be working alongside the Remortgage Fee Earner where you will support them with administrative assistance. Previous experience within conveyancing transactions or a similar role is essential for this position.
Hours of work for this role will be (Apply online only), Monday to Friday.
Salary guideline is up to £23,000 P/A depending on experience.
Reviewing Land Registry official copy entries.
Applying for redemption figures.
Applying for Leasehold Information from Landlords/Managing Agents.
Applying for searches.
Reviewing and reporting on the mortgage offer.
Preparing documentation for the clients to sign.
Preparing the accounts packages and co-ordinating completions.
Dealing with the post-completion work.
Deal with incoming calls from clients and mortgage brokers
