A forward-thinking secondary school in Bedford is seeking to appoint a talented and committed Teacher of Business Studies to join their team from January 2026 on a permanent contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a successful and dynamic Business Studies department, where innovation and excellence in teaching and learning are highly valued. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5 and contribute to the development of an engaging and ambitious Business curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver well-structured Business Studies lessons across KS4 and KS5 (BTEC and A-Level where applicable).
Inspire students to develop entrepreneurial thinking, commercial awareness, and business acumen.
Use a variety of teaching and learning strategies to cater for all learners.
Monitor, assess, and track student progress to ensure excellent outcomes.
Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities within the department.
Play an active role in the wider school community.
