We’re hiring a Contract Commercial Lead to oversee change control on our specialist package for HS2’s Old Oak Common station. Kilnbridge is delivering complex concrete cutting and demolition works on this multi-billion-pound mega-station, and we need a commercially sharp individual to own the NEC change process.

This is a key leadership position managing all aspects of change, variation, and commercial compliance on a fast-moving, high-pressure jobsite.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading compensation events, early warnings and contract variations

*

Managing NEC contract administration and change strategy

*

Liaising with client and main contractor teams (BBVS / HS2)

*

Working directly with Kilnbridge’s internal commercial and delivery teams

*

Ensuring structured, accurate reporting across the change portfolio

What we’re looking for:

*

Senior-level QS or Commercial Lead with strong NEC3/4 contract expertise

*

Experience in infrastructure, civils or concrete works

*

Ability to work independently, with full control over your area

*

Comfortable managing complexity and pressure in a live HS2 environment
