What You'll Do:
Lead and oversee coordinators, ensuring seamless operations.
Train new staff members to foster a knowledgeable team.
Liaise with various departments to swiftly resolve issues.
Attend client meetings and prepare regular performance reports.
Run statistics to monitor team performance and celebrate successes!
Conduct catch-ups and provide constructive feedback to individuals.
Handle escalations both internally and externally with professionalism.
organise workloads to ensure timely task completion.
Collaborate with the service manager to enhance efficiency and margins.
Perform quality control spot checks and guide team members accordingly.
Update processes and training materials to keep our practises sharp.
Assist with recruitment, including CV reviews and interviews.
Participate in high-level meetings, contributing to strategic discussions.What We're Looking For:
