Cover Supervisor - Primary School - Gravesend
Full-time | 5 days per week | Immediate start

We are working with a welcoming and well-led primary school in Gravesend who are looking to appoint a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to join them as soon as possible.

This is a full-time, term-time role covering classes across the whole school from EYFS through to Year 6. You'll need to be comfortable leading pre-set lessons, managing behaviour effectively and ensuring pupils remain on task in the absence of the class teacher.

The role will involve:

Supervising whole classes across all key stages

Delivering pre-planned lessons and maintaining continuity of learning

Managing classroom behaviour and upholding school expectations

Supporting pupils of varying abilities

Working closely with teaching staff and SLT

The ideal candidate will:

Have experience working with children in a school setting

Be confident leading groups and addressing whole classes

Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills

Hold an enhanced DBS (or be willing to obtain one)

Be able to commit to full-time, term-time work

Pay is between £100-£120 per day, depending on experience.

This would suit someone organised, adaptable and confident stepping into different year groups, who can build positive relationships quickly and maintain a calm, consistent presence in the classroom.
