Social Media Manager - London - Hybrid 3 days per week £32k-£35k
We are working with a bold, creative brand who are looking for a Social Media Manager to take the reins of their channels and inject serious energy into their content strategy. If you are a hands on creator with a flair for video editing, an eye for detail, and the confidence to own a social calendar from start to finish then this could be exactly the opportunity you have been looking for.
Your role will involve:

Managing day to day social activity across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other key platforms.

Creating scroll stopping, social first video content that feels native, not corporate.
*
Jumping on trends in real time and keeping the brand’s tone and personality on point.
*
Owning the content calendar, planning, scheduling, and posting with precision and flair.
*
Writing punchy, platform appropriate captions that drive engagement.
*
Collaborating with wider teams to ensure brand consistency across campaigns.
*
Tracking performance, reporting on results, and constantly looking for ways to level up reach and engagement.
We need you to have:
*
2+ years’ hands on experience running social channels, ideally for a brand, agency, or creator led business.
*
A social first creative mindset, you know what works on TikTok, Instagram, Reels, and Shorts, and you can prove it with examples.
*
Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar) you can cut, caption, and polish videos that people actually want to watch.
*
Trend spotter, you are first to know what’s blowing up online and how to make it relevant.
*
Ultra organised and detail oriented, you can juggle multiple deadlines while keeping content consistent and high quality.
*
Confident communicator who can bring ideas to life and isn’t afraid to pitch creative concepts.
