A long-established HVAC service provider is hiring an Air Conditioning Engineer to join their high-performing maintenance team. This is a field-based role across clean, commercial sites including schools, banks, and offices — ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be trusted to get on with it.
You’ll be handling a mix of planned and reactive maintenance, working with VRV/VRF systems, splits, chillers, and AHUs. Engineers here are given proper support, high-quality kit, and opportunities to keep progressing.
What You’ll Be Doing
Service and maintenance of VRV/VRFs, splits, chillers, and AHUs
Fault finding, remedial work, and quoting where needed
Occasional emergency callouts (including rare out-of-hours cover)
On-site mentoring for junior engineers when required
Producing FGAS logs, reports, and asset condition data
Representing the business professionally with clients
What You’ll Need
F-Gas Category 1 (C&G 2079) — required
Strong servicing and repair background with split and VRV/VRF systems
Confident communicator with good site reporting ability
Full UK driving licence
Experience with chillers, AHUs, and mechanical plant is a bonus
Ideally located within reach of London or the M4 corridor
