About the DT Department:
The Design Technology Department is a creative, supportive team that delivers a broad and exciting curriculum including product design, resistant materials, and textiles. The department enjoys high student engagement and excellent results. Facilities include modern workshops, CAD/CAM suites, and 3D printing labs.

Responsibilities:
• Teach Design Technology to KS3/4, with KS5 as an option
• Deliver a varied curriculum that inspires innovation and hands-on learning
• Promote safe working practices in the workshop
• Provide pastoral care and serve as a form tutor

Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree in Design Technology or a related field
• PGCE or QTS
• Experience teaching DT at KS3/4
• ECTs are encouraged to apply
