Mechanical Project Manager – Facilities Management

We’re working with a national Facilities Management provider to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of Mechanical projects across a portfolio of high-profile commercial buildings in Central London.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing projects division with a clear route into a Head of Projects role.
? Role Overview:

Deliver a range of projects including HVAC replacements, asset lifecycle upgrades, and small-scale fit-outs.
*
Manage project lifecycle from scope and tender through to completion and handover.
*
Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
*
Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing client portfolios.
*
Ensure all works are delivered safely, compliantly, and to high quality standards.
✅ About You:
*
Strong experience delivering FM or M&E projects, ideally in commercial environments.
*
Background in managing HVAC, building services, or infrastructure works.
*
Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets, margins, and project risks.
*
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
*
Relevant technical qualifications (e.g. HNC/HND, Prince2, etc.) preferred.
